Union Manor, graceful architecture comprises 300 studio and one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens to seniors sixty-two years of age and older. Each apartment has air-conditioning and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful and spacious grounds. Our warm and inviting atmosphere offers comfort, security, and socialization to everyone living at Westmoreland's Union Manor.
Non-smoking policy is being phased in as of January 1, 2008. Applicants who are smokers will not be accepted. Please be aware that existing residents who smoke will still be allowed to smoke in their apartments, these residents will not be displaced, but they will not be allowed to smoke in common areas or on balconies. Therefore, management cannot guarantee a completely smoke-free environment. However, when a tenant who smokes moves the apartment will go to a non-smoking tenant. Westmoreland's seven and one-half acres, complete with a creek, and resident garden and orchard provide a beautiful park like setting. When you live at Westmoreland you can enjoy the wonderful outdoors in so many ways. 
Try your hand at growing vegetables in your own garden area. Feed the ducks who make their home in the creek. Rest and relax on a bench outside and enjoy nature's wonders. Walk to the nearby Golf Course to play a round of golf. Stroll over to Westmoreland Park and watch a game of softball or a lawn bowling tournament. Enjoy the nearby sights of the American Rhododendron Test Gardens. Your grandchildren will love visiting!
